Inside Out Leadership exists to help high-capacity women leaders discover the joy of living on purpose and healed.
We believe it is not enough to be successful if you are also frustrated, anxious, depressed, and feeling like an impostor. There are some things that more achievement can’t fix; including beliefs about ourselves that rob us of joy.
This is why Inside Out Leadership exists; because we know from experience that there is only one path to true and lasting success. And it’s an inside job.
We’re here to help you do the work that traditional leadership programs won’t help you do; get healed so you can get going in the direction of your purpose.

We deliver breakthrough results for our community by expertly weaving together spiritual disciplines, emotional/mental well-being, and practical leadership strategies for, both, the self and other people.
Our content is rooted in a deep understanding of the human condition as uncovered by science-backed research in psychology, biology, sociology, and more. But, we don’t stop there. We also ground our insights in time-tested Biblical truth.
Our understanding of the role trauma plays in affecting how we show up in the world means our content will always emerge from a genuine concern for helping you heal the hurts that more success will never fix.
Success Circle
Success Circle is our monthly, group coaching membership program. When you join, you will become part of a global community of professional women who are growing together, celebrating each other, and redefining success on our own terms.
INtentional Leadership
Intentional Leadership is our flagship, twelve-week leadership development program. It is designed specifically for women leaders who want to build a Personal Purpose Roadmap to power their potential. It is held twice per year and includes an in-person intensive at the kick-off and conclusion with Nona Jones and other Inside Out Leadership Faculty.
Inner Circle
Inner Circle is our senior-executive Mastermind Cohort. It is limited to high-capacity executive women who are extremely successful and exhausted. Unlike other Mastermind groups, we not only focus on helping you grow and scale your leadership, we also focus on helping you get into a supportive community where you can heal the hurts that more success can’t help.
Success from the Inside Out Retreat
Success from the Inside Out Retreat is our annual gathering for high-capacity women leaders who need to pause and refresh in an atmosphere of sisterhood. The retreat features world-renowned speakers and ample time for rest and reflection. It is a must-attend if space is available.
